Below Zero Privacy Policy, Membership Agreement & Terms of Use Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Below Zero website and services. By accessing any portion of this website ( you are in agreement with the terms and conditions of the site and its policies that govern them. Below Zero is a podcast for radio and a record label, based in St. Louis, formerly in Los Angeles and San Francisco. 

Feedback and Email
On the home page at Below Zero, there is a link "Have A Question" so you can comment, complain, make suggestions, and ask questions. Your email address is required on this form so we can answer your questions, and we want your name as well so we can address our answer in a mannerly way. We may also track your browser type and referring URL to better diagnosis technical issues you may be having. We do not share this information with third parties and we will use it only to answer your correspondence.


This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Below Zero collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the website ("Site") and contains general terms and conditions under which Below Zero offers services and grants the use of this website. This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Below Zero.

Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, subscribe to the newsletter and about other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address or phone number.

Below Zero does not have a user registration system on our website and we do not collect any emails for a mailing list.

We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

All personal identification can and may be cataloged for the uses described above and below. At any time, a User may request the removal and deletion of their information by submitting a request via the Below Zero platform or by sending an email outlining that request to the support tab on our website. All personalized information will be deleted within thirty (30) days.

In some cases, Users are privy to, and have collected, the personal information of others; and have submitted that information to Below Zero. These Users are responsible for maintaining the proper collection and maintenance standards of those records outside of Below Zero. At those Users request, Below Zero shall remove and delete any personal identification information provided to it by User.

Non-personal identification information

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. This information is anonymized. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

Web browser cookies

Our Site may use "cookies" to enhance User experience. User's web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. User may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. At any time, a User may remove the ability for Below Zero to place "cookies" on their hard drive. If they do so, note that some parts of the Site may not function properly.

Below Zero collects and uses Users personal information for the following purposes:

Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures. Personal information is kept in compliance with GDPR.

Sharing your personal information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic, anonymized, aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect.
